ACC ship products using Australia Post. We prefer to ship using registered mail. This means that a package is allocated a value and that Australia Post will guarantee it for that value. It also means that when sent a sender will have to sign the package over to Australia Post, and upon arrival at your nominated address, the recipient will have to sign for the package. If the recipient is not present, a calling card will be left with instructions for the package to be collected from your nearest Australia Post office. Photo identification will be required to collect the package. ACC always sends an email upon shipping an item, and this email will include an estimated time of arrival so that you can attempt to be present when the package is delivered.
REASONS FOR RETURNING A PRODUCT(S)
If a product(s) is faulty or is not the product(s) you ordered, you may receive a full refund of your purchase price plus shipping charges, or you may exchange the product(s), or you may receive a store credit for the full purchase price plus shipping.
If you wish to return a product(s) for any other reason you may receive a store credit for the full purchase price, minus shipping.
HOW TO RETURN A PRODUCT(S)
To return a product(s), please include the packaging slip that you received with your parcel and indicate the reason for the return. Send the returned product(s) to:

Goods must be returned within 2 weeks of invoice date - unworn and unwashed. We will credit your original method of payment, excluding delivery (unless goods are faulty or not as ordered), or we can also hold a credit against your membership for future purchases if chosen.
